We offer appointment scheduling through our Patient Portal System. You may cancel your appointments at Jolliffe Institute either through your patient portal or may call 701-955-4559 or email at askdrrhonda@jolliffeinstitute.com.

Refund & Return policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products and a 14 day on online program guarantee.

Product Returns

Your satisfaction is important and will strive to solve your issues concerning purchases on the website.

The following is for product returns purchased on our website:

Contact askdrrhonda@jolliffeinstitute.com to request a return authorization prior to returning the product. This must be done within the 30-day guarantee period. Once approved, you may return your product to Jolliffe Institute.

  • Return shipping paid by customer. You must have a return authorization for refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase (minus shipping fees). For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, your credit will be issued to that same card.
  • Any item purchased at a sale price is a final sale and non-refundable.

Digital Product/Program Return Policy

The policy for digital (non-physical) products and programs is a money-back guarantee for 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact jeannie@jolliffeinstute.com within the refund period for a return authorization, and once the product is returned you will receive refund or credit towards any other program or product.

Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.

Digital products may not be modified, you may not modify, published, reproduced, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, or participate in the transfer or sale of, any of the content provided by Dr. Rhonda Jolliffe or Jolliffe Institute, in whole or in part, and more specifically, you will not print, copy, or ‘lend’ to any other person. By purchasing any eBook, product or program, you hereby acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Policy on ALL Refunds

It can take up to 14 business days for refunds to fully process.

No Returns will be accepted for ANY product without a return authorization. Return authorizations may be obtained from askdrrhonda@jolliffeinstitute.com

Delivery Policy

Jolliffe Institute has two options for delivery of products.

  1. Purchase through our clinic and we will mail out the products with a shipping fee attached. 
  2. Go through the website and start an account with the merchants we use under the shop tab and your package will be directly delivered from there. The shipping fees may vary from each option.
