We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products and a 14 day on online program guarantee.
Your satisfaction is important and will strive to solve your issues concerning purchases on the website.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization prior to returning the product. This must be done within the 30-day guarantee period. Once approved, you may return your product to Jolliffe Institute.
The policy for digital (non-physical) products and programs is a money-back guarantee for 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com within the refund period for a return authorization, and once the product is returned you will receive refund or credit towards any other program or product.
Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
