Each membership is $150 per month and includes two practitioner visits per membership year plus 20% off eligible supplements.

Combine Memberships

Want access to more than one membership category? You can combine any memberships for an additional $150 per month per membership, allowing you to build a wellness plan that fits your individual goals.

Pay Annually & Get One Month Free

Members who choose to pay for their membership upfront for the year receive the 12th month free. That means you receive 12 months of membership benefits while paying for only 11.
