Guided by the belief that true wellness is more than the absence of disease, Dr. Jolliffe designs personalized integrative treatment plans that address each patient’s unique genetic, biological, and lifestyle factors. Her approach combines restorative medicine, innovative treatments, and preventive strategies to help patients achieve optimal vitality, longevity, and harmony of mind and body.

Passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health, Dr. Jolliffe prioritizes education, prevention, and lifestyle optimization—helping her patients not only live longer but live better.

Alicia Hansen

Occupational Therapist

Alicia is the Occupational Therapist at Jolliffe Institute, bringing 15 years of experience to her field, including over five years specializing in pain management. She is highly skilled in Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release (MFR), utilizing her deep understanding of the body's interconnected systems to alleviate chronic pain and improve functional mobility. By addressing the root causes of pain and discomfort, Alicia creates personalized, holistic treatment plans to help clients regain control over their pain and enhance their overall quality of life.

Dedicated to continuous learning and compassionate care, Alicia is passionate about empowering her clients through education and hands-on therapy. She believes in treating the whole person, integrating various therapeutic approaches to promote long-term healing and well-being.

Outside of work, Alicia cherishes time with her husband, Kelly, and their two sons, Krew and Dax. She loves watching her boys’ sporting events, running, baking, reading, gardening, and embracing the beauty of the North Dakota outdoors.

Jeannie

Patient Care Coordinator / Thermographic Technician

Jeannie is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Thermography Technician at The Jolliffe Institute, ensuring top-quality care and accurate diagnostics. Since joining Dr. Rhonda Jolliffe’s team in 2015, she has combined patient coordination expertise with advanced thermographic imaging to aid early detection and improve outcomes.

As the first point of contact, Jeannie organizes appointments and ensures patients understand their treatment plans. Skilled in non-invasive infrared imaging, she detects abnormal temperature variations that may indicate health concerns like inflammation or early breast cancer, ensuring precise scans and accurate analysis.

Outside of work, Jeannie and her husband, Brett, enjoy raising their son, Jaxen (born October 2021). As a family, they love walks with their dogs, Benson and Molly, as well as golfing and backyard grilling.

Patient Care Coordinator

As the Patient Care Coordinator at the Jolliffe Institute, Robin is passionate about welcoming and assisting every individual who walks through the door. She is dedicated to helping others achieve a healthy, balanced life while prioritizing her own well-being.

With 36 years of experience in the insurance industry before joining the Jolliffe Institute, Robin understands the importance of optimizing health and navigating care with confidence.

Outside of work, she cherishes time with her grandchildren and family, enjoys golfing, and embraces the relaxing beauty of lake life.

Ashley

RN

Ashley is a RN at Jolliffe Institute, who has been in the nursing field for 20 years. With a background in caring for cancer and stroke patients, she has built meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing not just medical expertise but also emotional support during challenging times. 

She is passionate about using food as medicine, IV nutrient therapy, hyperbaric therapy and ozone therapy. This has not only shaped her as a healthcare provider but has also reinforced her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, especially when it comes to promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.  

Ashley and her husband Mike are blessed with three sons, a daughter and a daughter-in-law. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, baking, and being in the sun

Sarah

RN / Aesthetics

With 20 years of nursing experience, Sarah transitioned into aesthetics in 2023 to blend her passion for patient care with the art of beauty enhancement. With Laser and PRP training, she aims to achieve natural, balanced results. Sarah splits her time between her aesthetic room and working in our clinic. Starting her career in the ICU and then moving into surgical care, IV insertions have always been a part of Sarah's job description that she loves. Difficult IV sticks are a welcomed challege. One of Sarah's favorite Jolliffe Institute amenities is the hyperbaric chamber, or as she says, her "reset" chamber. She hopes to see you in her aesthetic chair or in the IV lounge soon.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys being with her two girls ,husband, friends and family.  If she's not shuffling her girls to sporting events, she hopes to be spending her time traveling or camping by the lake.

By integrating evidence-based medicine with lifestyle interventions and mind-body wellness, she empowers patients to take control of their health.

At Jolliffe Institute, Nikki prioritizes building trust with patients while educating them on disease prevention and health regeneration through hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy, IV nutrition, microcurrent, ozone therapy, supplements, and detox. She holds advanced training in massage therapy, functional nutrition, and leadership.

Dedicated to lifelong learning and service, Nikki strives to grow each day. Her passion for health and wellness is inspired by her four children: Alex, Brady, Ellayna, and Jace..

Operational Manager

Ben Jolliffe is the Operational Manager at the Jolliffe Institute, dedicated to optimizing health and wellness through a regenerative, science-based approach to the Bismarck/Mandan community. Growing up surrounded by functional medicine, Ben is passionate about the transformative power of functional medicine, he explores how it can enhance everyday life.

In addition to his clinic role, Ben serves as a functional medicine consultant for NutriDyn, a renowned nutraceutical company specializing in high-quality supplements and evidence-based products. His role helps bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical health solutions.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active through sports and outdoor activities with his wife, their dog, and now newborn son. Whether on the trails or in the field of functional medicine, Ben is always striving to inspire a healthier, more vibrant life.
